After the announcement of the complete lockdown by Govt. of Nepal the ristriction in movement was control, we would like to inform that dSewa services will be operating as per time-table scheduled by the Govt. of Nepal.
Shipment bookings can still be done through dSewa and pickup will be performed by our staff as usual. Drop off locations will also be open during this period. However, please expect some delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
We ensure you that health and safety of our customers is top priority, we have also taken necessary measures to minimize health and safety risks, while ensuring limited disruption to the services. The practices are constantly being reviewed and are in line with the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO), local government agencies and public health authorities. We will continue to update via our website, social media, and support channels should there be disruptions resulting from COVID-19. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
